Contact us if you have a return. Keep your order reference number at hand and call 010-4528010 so that we can make a note of this in advance.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product if the seal (if applicable) is not broken. (In the event of termination of the seal, your order is definitive and can not be returned.) This also applies to products that have been made or modified according to the specifications you entered.) After receiving the entire order you will receive the full order amount. including shipping costs credited. However, if you return part of the order, the shipping costs will not be credited. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to us. To exercise this right you can contact us via 010-4520853 and via info@egawen.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registration and receipt of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Return shipments are only accepted in this case if the packaging of the product is undamaged and the plastic seal on the packaging (if applicable) has not been broken. (Oracle cards, tarot cards etc) Any payment already received by Egawen.nl will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the dissolution. The direct costs of returning (return) are for your account (from the consumer) unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that you have custom made according to the specification you entered. The sale is final after successful payment.
Excluded from return right mentioned in this article applies in the following cases:
Items made specifically for the consumer on order.
CDs, DVDs and CD-ROMs whose seal has been broken.
Products whose original packaging has been broken. (if applicable)
Products that are visibly used or damaged by the consumer.
Gemstones and minerals, Essential oils, Incense, Books, Wooden statues.
