The 2nd Chakra (Swadhisthana) is connected to the gonad, genitals, sacrum, pelvic area, uterus, kidneys, bladder, circulatory system and water balance. A stable chakra indicates a healthy relationship with sexuality. Passion and emotions are not suppressed, but expressed. Activation leads to self-assurance, vitality, zest for life and attractiveness to other people. A malfunctioning Swadhisthana has to do with unresolved problems from the past.
